Globe Continent Print Set

A project to promote and celebrate multi-culturalism, Globe Toy, designed for pre-schools, displays the continents and the Arctic. Hidden inside are stamps for each continent for children to play with to learn and improve dexterity.

Globe Continent Print Set A simple concept, the Globe toy focuses on teaching children about different continents in the world, while catering for a much-loved activity of using their hands to create something, whilst getting messy with paint.	Globe Continent Print Set Stamps are provided for each continent with an image and name of the continent on one side and a print relevant to the continent on the other.

Globe Continent Print Set The lid, easy to remove and slot back onto the lower half was vac formed, as was the lower half. Foam was cut into shape and glued onto the globe to create a perfect, geographically accurate globe. It was fun to gear a project towards young children and taught me how difficult they can be to work with, but a great pleasure too.
